DISC is a non-judgement assessment that enables people to talk about their personality and behaviour differeneces. If you fill out a DISC assessment, you will answer a series of questions that will compile a detailed report on your personality and behaviour.

A 1 year programme with the senior management team consisting of 18 x 2 hour sessions
The purpose is to increase efficiency of the team and improve their communication, behaviours, and team work. We also work hard on their engagement with the company targets and each other, promoting a harmonious, engaged workforce.

The content of the programme will be fluid and bespoke to your needs, covering time management, teamwork, communication, mindset and personal development.
