D.I.S.C behavioural styles

DISC is a personal evalutation tool that is used to increase workplace efficiency, communication and teamwork.

DISC is a non-judgement assessment that enables people to talk about their personality and behaviour differeneces. If you fill out a DISC assessment, you will answer a series of questions that will compile a detailed report on your personality and behaviour.

The DISC tool provides a way for people to effectively understand themselves and to then adapt their behaviours with other based on their personalities. This leads to much greater communications.

Team Engagement & Leadership Programmes

A 1 year programme with the senior management team consisting of 18 x 2 hour sessions

The purpose is to increase efficiency of the team and improve their communication, behaviours, and team work. We also work hard on their engagement with the company targets and each other, promoting a harmonious, engaged workforce.

1. 18 x 2hr coaching sessions for the senior team held in your boardroom

2. DISC assessments for every team member.

3. 1 book per quarter for the senior team.

The content of the programme will be fluid and bespoke to your needs, covering time management, teamwork, communication, mindset and personal development. As we get into the strategies we may uncover further needs that will be added into the programme or we will establish areas that need more focus and attention, the coaching will be flexible to these needs.
